Hi All,

Tim don't laugh at this one :)

I have an issue that I have never come across before. I have it set up so that
an end user can send an incoming email and the request work log is update if
the Request ID is in the subject line. No issue with that exactly.

I have a user who sent and email that contained the text "Action:". The email
is received and posted to the work log just fine. However it also generates a
response "Unable to locate the specified User Instruction". Looks like the
email engine is assuming this is the Action part of an email template (e.g.
Action: Submit). If I remove the colon from the message no response back
message is received.

Question is there anything I can change that would cause the server to ignore
Action: unless it is part of a template?

Thanks
Mark
