I think I've isolated this to Crystal Reports.  I think my user(s) were trying 
to save Crystal Reports to file...is this just not possible?

If my mid-tier users specify "Screen" or "Printer" as the destination for the 
report, it works fine.  If they specify "File" they get a "
Report Error





" message.  I don't see any active link errors...it just hangs on action 3 of 
ActiveLink: RRC:SPO:FixNULL_000

I'm sure I'm just missing a configuration point, perhaps in the user 
preferences?  But I don't see it.
