the Remedy Mid Tier. The advantage of RemTools over other products is that
Remedy Developers/Administrators do

not need to leave the user tool or mid tier environment to troubleshoot
workflow. Other tools take advantage of the

AR System API, the interface for these tools reside outside of the AR
System. Everything in RemTools is AR System

forms and workflow.
