I'm facing an issue here with Instance ID values being duplicated.
We have a Customer Support app running in ARS7.1. I have an
escalation that imports account data from a SQL view into the
accounts form. Most of the time this integration works fine, but for
some records, the app generates a duplicated instance id value and
these records aren't imported because of some validations against
these values.
Does anyone have seen this before? How this Instance ID value (field
ID 179) is generated?
