Shawn: Granted, I used to work at BMC and therefore had a lot of exposure with the Developer Studio, I've gained a few tricks here and there.
On your Working List window there are three icons on the top right corner of the "window", depends on where you put your window, and to the left of the local minimize and maximize buttons. The three buttons are: Single List, View By Type, and View By Form. Obviously, you want View by Type. The Working lists window should separate all workflow based on type. Even as a developer at BMC it took me a long time to figure out this feature. You would have thought they would have given us a tutorial instead of letting us figure things out on our own. Nonetheless, I do agree, DevStudio is definitely a better improvement over the old Admin tool, even though at times I do miss the Admin tool.... Hope this helps. The standard way that working lists are presented is to view items by Form. This gives you the columns you are referring to. If, however, you change to view by type (see little icons on the top right of the working group window) then all the columns are displayed.
