Successfully upgraded ARS 7.5 but continue to receive the same error
(code 1003) when attempting to upgrade our CMDB 2.1 to BMC Atrium Core
7.5.00 patch 005..


The installation of BMC Atrium Core 7.5.00 patch 005 failed. The
following features failed to install:

Atrium Impact Simulator Engine

Installation was skipped because BMC Atrium CMDB failed to install
