Thanks Amar,

I checked the ar.conf file and found a couple of extra semi-colons following
the double-quotes and removed them.  Still not luck.  Since this plugin path
involved ITSM, I simply commented it out and the install worked fine.  After
the install I removed the comment and restarted the service.  Everything
seems to be working fine now.

Thanks for pointing me in that direction.
