No harm in my opinion.. I do not think the same record is used again once set
to DELETE. I would use an escalation as this would delete the record well after
the transaction where the record has been set to DELETE.

** ARSListers,

Good morning. Had a question regarding records in the SHR:Association form
(ITSM v6.3) with the STATUS value of "Delete" or the RECORD STATUS value of
"Delete Pending".

Once outdated relationship records tracked within this form switch to a STATUS
value of "Delete", would there be any harm in removing these records via
clean-up filter or escalation?

Just a thought as part of some clean-up ideas to streamline the Remedy
environment for a current client.

Any thoughts, comments or ideas related to these outdated relationship records
would be most appreicated.

Thanks,

--Antonio
