Never seen this problem before, I am new on this contract and they are having problem where a Change Request can only be save over the web, but on the WUT, SAVE button is always disable and the SET-Change-Flag is always off no matter what you do.
This is not per individual account or permission, we give all kinds of permissions to a test account i.e permission Change Master, role as Change Manager/Approver and still produce the same problem. WUT version and ITSM version is the same, BMC support is still helping, but it have been about a week now and I just thought that someone in here might have already ran into this kind of problem. I have also tried to look at the Request ID or even in Change Infrastructure ID and don't see anything that were wrong with it. Any help would be appreciate.....
