Use an AL to do it with the Run Process PERFORM-ACTION-OPEN-ATTACHMENT. This action is available on ARS 7.1.

The attachment appears in the pool, but the users can’t open it in either WUT or Mid Tier, even tho “Public” has read permission to the field and pool, and the user is an Administrator. The form is in “Search” mode. Could that be a problem?
