Hi Barb, As you know, the main purpose of the multi-tenancy feature in the ITSM app is for permissions/access control. The secondary purpose is to partition foundational data per company. So if these are not your goals, then I would try to keep only one operating company, and use the Organization field instead.

I am trying to decide if ...
