Frank, Then forget the installer and download Tomcat and the war file. It's not a tricky task to set them up manually:
1. Unpack Tomcat. 2. Place war file in webapps, call it arsys.war 3. Add this line to the tomcat/bin/catalina.sh file: export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/path/to/tomcat/webapps/arsys/WEB-INF/lib 4.
