"You state that Classic Views will not be available in "major and minor
versions greater than 7.6.0x". What about maintenance releases?

o Were a maintenance release of the 7.6.0x code line released, it is expected
that Classic Views would continue to be supported in that maintenance release. "

7.6.04 is a maintenance release.

Sorry one last confirmation. Will Classic Views still be supported in 7.6.04?
I'm pretty sure I read that it was but it never hurts to confirm!

Appreciate the correction again.. yes that is what I meant. There are also a
couple of KB's describing actions that need to be manually performed one of
which is applicable only if you have SLM installed, where you need to delete
the SLM and HPD join and then recreate the data sources after the install..

Ø You have to be on a minimum of patch 3 of 7.0.1 to be able to upgrade to
ITSM 7.6.3 directly..

You have to be on a minimum of ITSM 7.0.03 Patch 009 to upgrade to ITSM 7.6.03
directly. And that will be the same for 7.6.04.
