Greetings, Does anyone have any tips for navigating the GSA Schedule (at gsaadvantage.gov), with regards to Remedy licenses? For example, I am trying to find the GSA price for ITSM user licenses. I am getting anything from $570.23 for a fixed 5-pack, to $1,576.27 for a fixed 1-pack. Presumably some of these prices are for annual support, not the licenses themselves, but I can't tell from the GSA listings. Similarly, for the ITSM Application Suite itself, I get anywhere from $11,243.70 to $88,670.38 (the latter is for a "Package" and is "withdrawn").
I also found a big PDF from BMC, the "Federal Acquisition Service Authorized Information Technology Schedule Pricelist". Great idea, except that Remedy products are not mentioned at all in it. I am not looking for a quote, per se, as I'm not the least bit certain anyone is going to purchase anything. I do need to come up wit some realistic numbers to associate with a proposed solution. I don't have a support contract and so BMC directed me to the GSA schedule.
