No issues, just trying to understand why..

If I open CHG:Infrastructure Change form in search mode, I am not able to 
select any of the Operational Cat tiers. Now if I open HPD:Help Desk form in 
search mode I am able to select Operational Cat tiers. Why the difference???

My first thought was that maybe the Ops tiers where setup differently (i.e. the 
change tiers were company specific and incident tiers were not), but they are 
not. they are setup exactly the same; company specific.
My second thought was that perhaps an active link was setting company info on 
the INC side when the form is opened in search mode. I ran an AL log but did 
not identified anything that was setting the company name.

As of now, I cannot come up with a good answer as to why the ops tiers are 
available on a blank search on the INC module but not on the CHG module.

Any thoughts????
