Rapid Technologies, a Premier BMC Partner, is seeking a full time
Senior Remedy Consultant. Qualified candidates should have a strong
skill set which encompasses the complete software development life cycle
--- requirements/analysis, development, implementation, testing and
documentation.
Senior Remedy consultant candidates should possess the following:
? Strong working knowledge of the Action Request System
? Experience implementing the complete ITSM suite, which includes
service desk, asset management, change management, and service level
management. Version 7.5/7.6 preferred.
? Experience with the BMC Atrium CMDB.
? Experience with Kinetic Request preferred.
? General programming experience with one or more of the following:
Perl, Java, C, Shell
? Strong communication skills and experience in a leadership role.
? RAC designation is preferred.
? ITIL designation, or experience, is preferred.
