I'm having issues with the webservices login ID during the input phase of the Atrium 7.6 Core Install. I'm getting the following error, "Webservices Registry connection error. Verify that the connection information is correct and the Tomcat service is running." This error appears in the wscBootStrapUserInputValidationPanel.description form. I manually enter the host Name and the port number is changed from 8080 to 80 (this change was also made in the associated xml file).
When the form first appears during the input phase it has a default login ID and password entered; but they do not work. I've tried several other ID's and associated passwords and they don't work either; this is what prompted me to check out Tomcat. I uninstalled Tomcat5 and installed Tomcat6 and have it up and running, but I'm still unable to get past this input form. What am I missing here? Has anyone else dealt with this. I have opened a case with BMC and it seems to be stalled; I can't get a response from them. Any pointers, help would be greatly appreciated.
