This is a strange problem that may have started happening after upgrading to AR System 7.5 Patch 7, or after an upgrade of our virtual hardware during the holiday break. Or there is a slight chance this has been happening for a while and we just didn't notice-- but I think we would have had more license shortages if that was the case. The one-hour Session timeout seems to be effective still. Can anyone help me interpret this ARUser Log file? I'm not sure why there are so many logins/logouts (more than one for each *actual* instance of a login/logout). That may be normal, but we're definitely having a problem with licenses not being released, confirmed via the License Review form from Adminstration Console.

Above this line shows me logging in, and closing the browser. The License is released after about 60 seconds and everything works fine.

Below this line are when the problems occurred. I logged in and closed the browser, but the license is not released automatically. I performed an Admin release and tried again with the same result. The only difference I can see is the QUEUE. The "List" queue is used during the Float Grant Write during the problem sessions, and the Fast queue was used for the sessions that didn't have a problem. I'll have to do some reading on what these queues are, but wants to throw this out there.
