Hi, Application Statistics is turned on by creating records in the "Application Statistics Configuration" form.
For each monitored application, you must submit records with where: 'Logging Status' = "Enabled" 'Logging Type' = "Application" 'Logging Interval' = 300 seconds (or what you want) 'Name' is set to those the specific application name: Remedy Incident Management Remedy Problem Management Remedy Change Management Remedy Asset Management Remedy Service Level Management We use this in our small "License Threshold Notifier": http://rrr.se/cgi/licnotify Let us know if it works out!
