License tracking in "AR System Historical License Usage"

ITSM 7.6 Patch 001
Windows 2003 Server platform.
ARServer 7.5 Patch 006

We are looking into the form called "AR System Historical License Usage" and have logging of license statistics turned on for our server (Enable License Tracking option is set).   However, all we are getting entered into this form is license statistics for "AR Server" and none of the ITSM applications.  Is anyone else getting ITSM Application License statistics entered into this form by the AR Server?

I am led to believe that I should not only get ARServer license utilization, but ITSM application statistics as well.  Am I correct?
