You can use the data import tool to create relationships from a csv file if that helps.
All you need to do is import the source instanceid, destination instanceid, datasetid and name into, for example, the BMC.CORE:BMC_Dependency form and the relationship is created. -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Mike Ziniti Sent: 20 January 2011 19:11 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Bulk Load Document Relationships We have approx 5K CIs of class type Document. Currently there are no relationships between this CIs in the CMDB. I would like to be able to create relationships between them but do it in a bulk fashion via flatfile. I was under the assumption you could load relationship data using AIE but I don't see the option for the Document class. Is there another way to do this? -- View this message in context: http://ars-action-request-system.1093659.n2.nabble.com/Bulk-Load-Document-Re lationships-tp5911310p5944987.html Sent from the ARS (Action Request System) mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ____________________________________________________________________________ ___ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org attend wwrug11 www.wwrug.com ARSList: "Where the Answers Are" _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org attend wwrug11 www.wwrug.com ARSList: "Where the Answers Are"
