** Jason, Not specifically related to SSL, no.  I *suspect* that our problem is related to the way our load balancer routes traffic to the midtier pools, which may be a unique case.  Working with BMC to debug the beast, and I will try to remember to bring you up to speed when we get to a solution... Gok's, Another thing to try is stop Tomcat and clear the contents of the PluginsCache directory (C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\midtier\PluginsCache by default) and start Tomcat.
