Hi List I have instllated ITSM 7.6.03 and have done no customization. I have an issue that I am able to resolve Problem Tikcets even if related tasks are still open. Do I need to do any configuration for the same. ITSM 7.6.03 ARS 7.6.03 OS - Windows 2008 DB - Oracle Mid-Tier - 7.6.04 Thanks Jaya
