I did try deleting the .arf and .arv files, but that didn't help, so I submitted the problem to BMC Support. They suggested upgrading to the latest WUT version (7.6 p3) but that didn't help either. Meanwhile a PC expert took a look at the issue and suggested this: Rt-click on the WUT launching icon, click the "Compatibility" page, check "Run this program. . ." and select "Windows XP (Service Pack3)#." This fixed the two machines that were displaying the problem, but doesn't explain why all Win 7 machines don't have the problem. (Maybe the compatibility mode was already checked.) I suggested that BMC look into this as a possible bug. Thanks to all who replied. Dwayne Martin

If you close the window and re-open it a few times it eventually appears properly. This is a regular database field on a regular database form. So far we've only seen this happen on one machine (Win 7), but this form normally only gets opened on that one machine. It happens in both WUT 7.1 and 7.5. So far we haven't seen it in Mid Tier, but haven't tried it that often. Any ideas?
