ARSPERL is one option

But I was thinking BMC would come up with a little Java Widget or ARPLUGIN
heterogeneous app of some kind.
doing two things 1 telling you what to fill in (mandatory fields, and
optionals if you want) and menu's with selectable options, press a button
and create a config.
Secondly that you just call an executable, and pass the config with a couple
of variables -f (field) # "text" ,  Like the Email using HTML forms..
and it does it..

This way any application can inject into the remedy system any way you need.

I remember a company motto of: "We can't prevent change, but we can adapt"
