Hello Listers,

Does anyone know how to customize Email notifications.
I need to receive email only on ticket assignment of an incident and I don't 
want to get emails on in progress, resolved, closed, cancelled status for 
single customer. I tried using single tendency mode to that customer and also 
changed the default notification methods in NTE:CFG-Notification Events, but 
still I am getting emails for all scenarios. I am using remedy and ITSM 7.5. 
Kindly suggest.
