No, I can not give you the code. The skeleton program by BMC is a good
starting point.

I may would actually suggest another solution though, and that is to
synchronize the data between the two servers using DSO.

Or if you only need read-functionality, you may use RRR|Chive to
synchronize the data on regular interval in one direction. This is easy to
set up, and version independent. Let me know if you like an
rrrchive-config-skeleton to do this.
