I was able to run the qual on the form. I have also tried hard coding '3'>"1/1/11" (this being the only qual) on the active link (thinking that the adding of seconds might be an issue) and still get the error message.

But the really odd point to me is that if I run the report with any quals it works but if I add '3'>="1/1/11" I get the error.
