Swapping the Assigned person test around will also improve the query -
the order of the query tests does matter not matter what DB is being
used
'Status' < "Closed" AND ('Assigned Person' = $NULL$ OR NOT ('Assigned
Person' == "Mark Brittain"))
>How about:
