Possible corruption of the local cache (.arf/.arv) files? Open the Accounts, Users screen from the User Tool login dialog window and change the HOME directory for the user to a new location - c:\temp for example. This will cause the User Tool to get new cache files from the server.
Mark I work for BMC, I do not speak for them. -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Martin, Dwayne - martinrd Sent: 16 March 2011 13:44 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Active Link sequence dies after Commit Thanks, Misi. There is a message and 7 links that should fire but don't, before getting to the Crystal Report, so I don't THINK the CR is the problem. But I could be wrong. It did not work to have the CR in the Report-form and then calling it from a Window Open action. Unfortunately, BMC could never reproduce this, and we are still living with this problem... I am not 100% sure, but I think the problem started in 6.3, and we are now on 7.1 at that site. Best Regards - Misi, RRR AB, http://www.rrr.se Products from RRR Scandinavia (Best R.O.I.
