You haven't stated what versions of what you are on.. If you use ITSM, when you move to ITSM 7.6.04 (the most current version) this will not work on most apple mobile products, (iPhones, iPads, iPods) some windows mobile devices, that are preloaded with browsers that are not compatible with Flash. All of the ITSM consoles that I can think of have Flash action objects.. You may want to consider that before you spend too much on any kind of a wireless solution..
