Hello fellow Listers, We are running ARS 7.5 Patch 004 and ITSM 7.6 unpatched. We are looking to kick off an AM project. One of the questions posed was upgrading to ARS 7.6 (a patched version) and ITSM 7.6 patch 4. Anyone have any sage advice on whether it is worth the upgrade, or will what we have suffice. Has there been significant changes to AM for us to see a benefit by doing it now, rather than later.
I also heard a rumor that some of the User Tool functionality is pulled from patch 4. True?
