Make sure that there is a person in the Group that you have mapped with a Role of Infrastructure Change Approver.

Approvals are skipped at Implementation Approval. Configured the Approval Process Configurations for a Customer Company. Approval mappings are configured at Business Approval Phase( group Approval) and Implementation Approval phase(group approval) and people, support Groups and functional roles are define for that Customer Company. When I create a CHG ticket, The first level of Approvals ie., Business Approval Phase works fine, I see the Approver under Approvals Tab on the CHG ticket, then I login as Approver and Approve it, Now, when I refresh the ticket twice after approving it, Instead of staying at Scheduled for Approval for Implementation Approval Phase to act, the Change Status skips to Scheduled( skipping the entire Implementation Approval Phase, as I have a group mapped in the mapping form to approve). I am unable to figure this out. I am on ITSM 7.0.03. Any help would be appreciated.
