Hi. I have problem with creating report from Incident Console from Mid-Tier Ar Server 7.1 Mid-Tier 7.0 ITSM 7.0
I search for the incidents, select all e click Report in the Incident Console. I create a Report and I insert the qualificatione (ex:Status="Closed"). But the qualification does not work and I get a list of all incidents. The qualification is omitted. What am I doing wrong? Thank' a lot.
