Hello All, CCM Calendar does not display changes in 1-day view. Created few change requests and we can view them on 5-day or 7-day view, but when we filter with 1-day, there are no change requests displayed on the CCM Calendar. ( These changes have all the date/time fields completed - Actual Start/End Dates, Scheduled Start/End Dates and Requested Start/End Dates) This issue is only specific to specific users belonging to EST timezone. As I logged in with the same user profile but was unable to reproduce on my local machine.(I am based in PST timezone). This is on midtier. Haven't tried giving BMC Remedy User Tool to the user to test? As all our users would be using Midtier to use Remedy.
Am I missing something which need to be configured to display all the changes on the CCM Calendar? This is very crucial to us as we have most of our users belonging to EST timezone and we are planning on going live within next couple of weeks. In addition, I asked the user to do the following but it didn’t help to resolve the issue with the CCM Calendar. 1. Logout from the mid-tier.( Please make sure you do not have multiple tabs open for mid-tier, make sure you log out) 2. Delete all the cookies and temp internet files. 3. Make sure there’ nothing in the filtering criteria, clear all fields on QUICK FILTER on Change Calendar(Quick Filter is on the top- left corner of the Change Calendar window). 4. Login to mid-tier and open the Change Calendar and see if that helps.
