Unfortunately I have to have a 7.6.03 Dev Studio installed in parallel JUST for the modification of Web Service objects. I wanted to throw this out to the list before opening a case with BMC to see if anyone else is experiencing this and has happened to overcome it. So sick of the bugginess in ARS these days!!!
