We just made sure the AR app was installed on a 64bit OS (Windows 2008) with a 64 bit Oracle client as well. We didn't notice any catastrophic failures. I have heard that it does not work well (if at all) and yet BMC docs say that it is compatible. There is a huge difference between compatible and functional though.
