I have done both 7.6.03 and 7.6.04 on 64-bit RedHat6 Enterprise and on
64-bit-only Microsoft 2k8 R2 platforms and not had any issues. Specifically,
are you talking about compatibility with the client? The RDBMS? The apps?
All
I can tell you for certain from your question is that it does work well with no
functionality issues. To date, the highest benchmarks out there still belong
to
setups running RedHat6, Oracle 11g and 7.6.03 (only because I don't think
anyone
has formally clocked many 7.6.04 instances yet).

Subject: 7.6.03 on 64-bit Oracle 11g

**
Has anyone installed AR 7.6.03 64-bit against an Oracle 11g 64-bit db? I have
heard that it does not work well (if at all) and yet BMC docs say that it is
compatible. There is a huge difference between compatible and functional though.
