HPD_IncidentInterface_Create_WS HPD_IncidentInterface_WS You can start from there. You do not want to make any changes directly on the OOTB forms. Most of the times during integrations we end up creating a staging form for incoming/outgoing messages to store data and to do translations, before submitting into main forms. Incase of incident you can create a staging form, collect all the information there, process the data and then finally submit into HPD:IncidentInterface form which will then create the incident ticket,worklogs and relationships. You need to install some libraries on your IIS/Apache/other webserver and then generate keys to share with org A, and you need to register their keys in your key store. Please review the integration guide that comes with remedy download, which has a lot of information related to remedy webservices and registering certificates. But most of the times you do not directly talk to another organizations systems directly from remedy itsm unless you host another remedy env in DMZ.
