Listers, The "Decision Tree" link under "Advanced Functions" on the Incident form is always greyed out for me. The only way I can invoke Decision Tree is when I look up a customer. The list of decision trees pops up. Is that the only way a decision tree can be invoked? I was expecting to be able to click on the "Decision Tree" link similar to how I can click on "Initiator Script" and "Assignment Script".
