Hi, Does anyone integrate Kinetic Request with ITSM 7.6? If yes, was it difficult? Is there an interface that exists already that allows me to send request between Kinetic and ITSM? Is this done via API calls? I am embarking on a new task... and I know there has to be a way to do this.
