I'm very new to SRM and working in remedy for last 5 years. I have installed SRM 2.2 in our Dev environment and I like to build “access requests” SRD using Advanced Interface form. >From the Admin guide, I have learnt about SRD, PDT, AOT and successfully created in our environment. AIF looks very complex and I like to know, if anyone has easy steps to create a simple AIF that can create WO/ Incidents.
