Hi Folks,

 
Am able to import service targets from 7.1 to 7.6.04 ( we have to port all
the Incidents from 7.1 along with associated service targets ( that is the
Challenge )

but, except for the Actions , All other Information is getting Imported.

have followed the BMC procedure, some how the Actions are not getting
populated !
 
1. Can we keep the TimeStamps as in old set-up (7.1) and keep the SLA
working after moving the incidents to new environment(7.6.04) of those
tickets which are, say still NOT resolved ?
 
Any suggestions / recommendations .....
