We are now trying to install 7.5 on a Windows 2008 (6.1) server and are getting the following error:
Unresolved database error: Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor The Connection descriptor used by the client was: // ndmsora14.ndc.nasa.gov:1521/db1008 Our database is on a separate server. We have installed Oracle 11g client on the 2008 6.1 application server and can do a tnsping to the database server but when we run the AR Server 7.5 install, after the section where we enter the Oracle information we get the error. Any idea how to resolve this?
