Hi, I'm aware of AlarmPoint (now xMatters) as an optional paging/notification system for Remedy. Does anyone have suggestions of other products to investigate for this type of functionality? This is a very early exploratory question to the list, so I don't have any hard requirements yet - just looking for options.
