You should be able to see which plugins are loading in the plugin log. Anything listed in your ar.cfg as a Plugin should restart

I wonder what else dies with it - besides AREA - on a restart (ARDBC, Approval, SLM, CMDB, etc.), and if it ALL comes back up properly? I guess I'll have to try it when no one is looking, and watch the armonitor.log.
