You should be able to see which plugins are loading in the plugin log.
Anything listed in your ar.cfg as a Plugin should restart

Subject: Re: Sync Cache in 764 Not Working

Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 Enterprise
Plugin: "D:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\arealdap\arealdap.dll"

So I would just have to kill arplugin.exe, correct? It is displayed as
arplugin.exe *32 in the regular Task Manager; I suppose I can just kill it from
there. I would need the Process Explorer if I was killing java.exe, in order
to pick the correct one (there are 2 instances of java.exe and 3 instances of
java.exe *32 running).

I wonder what else dies with it - besides AREA - on a restart (ARDBC, Approval,
SLM, CMDB, etc.), and if it ALL comes back up properly? I guess I'll have to
try it when no one is looking, and watch the armonitor.log.
