So I'm now trying to use the Data Load Console. I have my CSV set up with some test data to the CTM:People form. I open the Data Load Console, Select "Foundation" for the data category. Then I click on Convert CSV Files, select the MS EXCEL path (can only select the file, not just the directory as the instructions indicate). When I try to find the Data Management Install Path, I don't see it under C:\Program Files\BMC Software \DataManagementClient (as again indicated in the documentation).
Is this something that is downloaded seperately from the User tool and Developer studio? I selected to install everything when I went through the install process.
