THAT DID IT!!! Thanks so much..... I did check the permissions, but maybe I needed to flush the cache one more time.
Thanks again... Try deleting public from the service and re-adding it. Then flushing the Mid-Tier cache. What's weird is that we were able to do it before.... http://xxxx.tycoelectronics.net:8080/arsys/WSDL/public/ars-xxx.tycoelectronics.com/Categories_WS Lisa -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Grooms, Frederick W Sent: Monday, August 29, 2011 2:00 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Web Services - You Have No Access Permissions So when you paste the WSDL URL in your web browser you get an access permission error? http://{WebServerName}/arsys/WSDL/public/{ArsServer}/{WebServiceName} Fred ----- Original Message ----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Kemes, Lisa Sent: Monday, August 29, 2011 12:18 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Web Services - You Have No Access Permissions ** I simply deleted a web service that was already there, and added another one (with the same name) directly from the form. I refreshed the cache, I copy and pasted the WSDL link from the old Web Service to the new one. I even restarted the Tomcat services. But we are still getting "You have no access permissions" to the web service. I checked the base from in the Midtier, I can get to it no problem and also from the User Tool. Where else can I check this? The WSDL is public. It was public before and it was working. Should I name this new Web Service something different? The old one is gone. Thanks!
