We have been trying to get an idea of what our "sizing" is and how to relate our hardware to that. Also, support staff. We'd like to be able to quantify what amount is a reasonable support staff and hardware for our size. Do you have a development staff separate from your administration staff? Currently, we have a multi-site Enterprise. ------------------------------------------------------ CMDB - Approximately, 50k CI's. Remedy - We have 20k in general users and 450-600 concurrent user. Monitoring - We have 5k in monitored assets (servers/network devices) 500 portal users ------------------------------------------------------ We have two mid-tiers and two appservers load-balanced. Is this considered small, medium or large? We would really like to know what everyone else has "approximately" and their hardware. Also, how many support personnel do you have to support this. Help Desk personnel could be shown just as a ___ person staff. We are more interested in admin staffing.
