Hi Sam, We recnetly completed the installation of V 7.6.04 SP1 and as per BMC's recommandation we folowed the below sequence, AR Server Mid-Tier (can be installed at later stage. Depend on at what stage you want to do the application testing.) ITSM SLM SRM RKM Many thanks, Vishwa Saxena
